Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy with 60% refund from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once approved, place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
